right now it is sunny out, but according to the doppler radar, we are supposed to get heavy thunderstorms beginning between 5-6pm and lasting all night. We just dont want people paying the high gas prices, gate fee, etc and then have to cancel @ 6pm like last time. anyway, it is so wet up there from the heavy rain that we got this morning, that we couldnt get the equipment in there to make the track decent.

I beg to differ, I was at Haspin Fri,Sat,and Sunday. It rained sat morning , but the track was able to ride on by 5. And as far as gas money, yopu think people leave the same day of the race! There are a good portion of people that were there wanting to race. And it didn't rain till 11. Oh well I guess

you guys are crazy...if the track was "able" to ride on at 5 oclock, and it started raining again at 9 or 930, that gives them a 4 hour window to get a track ready, have practice and run races...what?? ive never ran a race series, but im sure you cant just show up at 5 and run the race - they would of had to groom the track, etc, probably startin at like 10 in the morning. until you run a series and no what work it takes, dont put your foot in your mouth!
